Thank you once again for choosing Inspector Gillis L.L.C. to fulfill your home inspection needs. When you call to schedule your inspection
the following information will be needed:
- Your name and phone number (a cell number would be helpful as well)
- Address of the property that will be inspected
- Age of property
- Number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Is the house vacant or occupied??
- Property access: Lockbox or who will open the property
- Are the utilities on: Gas, Water, Electric
- Who will be attending the inspection??
- Also, any additional info or concerns
After collecting this information, I will provide you with a fair cost of your home inspection. Payment by cash or check is requested at the end of the insepction.
Don't worry about leaving a message, because I answer every phone call.
